My first attempt at a long-exposure (around 2 sec) waterfall photo, to produce a silk like effect by blurring out the water's movement. For this photo, the sky and lighting were incredibly variable so I had to wait sometime to get a photo with blue sky but without harsh sun on the falls. This photogenic waterfall was on a small stream, called Nant Gwynllyn, close to Rhayader in mid Wales. On this photo the waterfall looks larger than it was in real life! Around SN933697. Canon EOS R5 & EF 24-70mm f4 L lens (tripod mounted) with ND 64 filter & circ polarising filter |
